The properties are being sold on a 999- year leasehold basis with 'no strings attached'.
If you are looking for a financial return, we are offering an optional annual Guaranteed Rental Return Scheme (see opposite).
Alternatively, Beach Retreats, our self-catering agency, is able to successfully let the properties on a year-by-year basis. You are also welcome to use a lettings agency of your own choice, if preferred.
Annual Guaranteed Rental Return
The idea is simple. The Hotel & Extreme Academy will guarantee the rental income (approximately 7%) on the property for 3 years.
We are able to do this because we have a successful self-catering agency and understand the demand that exists for quality accommodation in Watergate Bay.
Furthermore, the owner will keep any income generated above the guaranteed level.
